At Cosy Corner UK, we want your order to arrive quickly and safely. Here's everything you need to know about how we ship.

How Long Will My Order Take?

Most orders are processed within 1–2 working days of payment being confirmed. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 2–7 working days via a tracked courier service.

Delivery Cost

Standard UK delivery is £4.99, free on orders over £50.

Tracked Delivery

All orders are sent with a tracked courier service. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched so you can follow your delivery.

Delivery Area

We currently deliver to UK mainland addresses only.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at atigiongroup@gmail.com with photos of the damage and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
