We want getting your order to feel as easy and stress-free as possible. Here is everything you need to know about how we ship.
Where We Ship
We currently ship to all UK mainland addresses, including England, Scotland, and Wales. We are unable to ship to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, or international addresses at this time.
How Long Will My Order Take?
All of our products are dispatched by verified UK suppliers through Avasam, which means your order is picked, packed, and shipped right here in the UK — no long waits from overseas.
Standard delivery takes 2–7 working days from the date your order is confirmed.
Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. Orders placed on a Friday evening or over the weekend will begin processing on the next working day.
How Will My Order Be Sent?
Every order is sent with full tracking via Royal Mail Tracked or DPD, depending on your location and the size of your order.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.
How Much Does Delivery Cost?
We offer free standard delivery on all UK orders over £50. For orders under £50, a flat rate delivery charge of £4.99 applies.
We also offer an Express delivery option for £6.99 if you need your order sooner.
All delivery costs are shown clearly at checkout before you place your order — no hidden charges.
What If My Order Is Delayed?
We do everything we can to get your order to you as quickly as possible, but occasionally delays can happen — particularly during busy periods like Christmas or bank holidays.
If your order has not arrived within 7 working days of your confirmation email, please get in touch with us straight away at atigiongroup@gmail.com. We will look into it immediately and keep you updated every step of the way.
In the rare event that your parcel is lost in transit, we will arrange a replacement or a full refund for you — whichever you prefer.
What If My Item Arrives Damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, please take a photo of the item and the packaging and email it to us at atigiongroup@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund for you as quickly as possible.
