Returns Policy

We want you to love what you have ordered. If something is not right, we are here to help.

30-Day Returns (Change of Mind)

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to return it for a refund if you simply change your mind. Items must be unused, in original condition, in original packaging, with proof of purchase.

60-Day Returns (Faulty or Not as Described)

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, you have 60 days from the date of delivery to return it for a full refund or replacement.

How to Return an Item

1. Email us at atigiongroup@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will provide return instructions and the return address.
3. Pack securely and send back using a tracked service.
4. Refund processed within 5-10 working days of receiving the return.

Return Postage

Faulty or incorrect items: We cover return postage.
Change of mind: Customer pays return postage.

Refunds

Issued to original payment method within 5-10 working days. Email confirmation sent.

Non-Returnable Items

Used items, items not in original condition, items returned after the applicable return window.

Your Statutory Rights

These terms do not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including your right to cancel within 14 days under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
