Delivery

How long does delivery take?

We aim to deliver all orders within 2–7 working days across mainland UK. Some larger items may take slightly longer. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.

How much does delivery cost?

Standard delivery is free on all UK orders over £50. For orders under £50, a flat rate of £4.99 applies. We also offer Express delivery for £6.99. All charges are shown at checkout before you pay.

Do you deliver outside the UK?

Currently we deliver to mainland UK only. We hope to expand to more regions in the future.

Returns & Refunds

What is your returns policy?

If you've simply changed your mind, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery (items must be unused and in original packaging). If an item is faulty or not as described, you have 60 days to let us know. To start a return, please email us at atigiongroup@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

What if my item arrives damaged?

We're sorry to hear that! Please take photos of the damage and email them to atigiongroup@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund as quickly as possible.

When will I receive my refund?

Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll process your refund within 5–10 working days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Orders

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at atigiongroup@gmail.com. Cancellations can only be guaranteed within 2 hours of placing your order, as items are picked and packed quickly for dispatch.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an email with a tracking link. You can also log in to your account on our website to check your order status.

Do I need an account to order?

No, you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account lets you track orders, save your details, and enjoy a faster checkout next time.

Products

Are your products suitable for UK plugs and voltage?

Yes, all lighting products sold on Cosy Corner UK are supplied with standard UK plugs and are compatible with UK mains voltage (230V).

Do your products come with a warranty?

If an item arrives faulty or develops a fault within 60 days, get in touch and we'll sort it out with a repair, replacement, or refund. Please retain your order confirmation as proof of purchase, and see our Returns Policy for full details.

Can I see the products before buying?

We are an online-only store, so we don't have a physical showroom. However, all product pages include detailed photos and descriptions to help you make the right choice. If you have any questions, feel free to get in touch.
